“We went with someone else.”
Understood. What made the difference? If it was something we can fix, I will make sure the right person hears it.
Your company already owns its best list: everyone who bought once and stopped, every quote that went quiet, every account that drifted. Alba puts a caller on that list for you. These are not cold calls. The caller knows what each person bought and when.
One managed caller on the Growth plan is $2,006 a month equivalent on quarterly prepay ($6,018 every three months), or $2,367.08 on monthly flexible billing, plus $1,500 setup once. Caller, parallel dialer and data are all in that number.
Talk to Scott about your list See every priceThe person on the other end already knows your name. That is the advantage and the risk. A call that sounds like a stranger reading a script tells them you forgot them. A call that knows the last order, the project or the quote tells them you did not.
So before the first dial we agree what history the caller sees for each record: what they bought, when, who they dealt with, and whether anything went wrong. The opener uses it in the first sentence.
And the ask is matched to where they are: a reorder, a service check, a new product that fits what they bought, or simply finding out who now owns the decision.
Old CRM exports are messy. Before calling we remove duplicates and anyone who has asked not to be contacted, apply your written do-not-call and suppression instructions, and flag records where the contact has probably moved on so the caller asks for the new owner of the relationship instead.
We sort the list by value and recency so the caller reaches the accounts most worth winning back first. Business accounts are the core of this service. If your list is consumers, we will tell you on the first call what rules apply before we touch it.
The caller says who they are calling for, names the last thing the customer bought or asked about, and asks one honest question about how it went. Then they listen. A complaint is a gift on this call: it is the reason the account went quiet, and your team can fix it.
An illustrative first line, with the real fields filled from your records: "Hi Dana, it is Omar calling for Northside Supply. You ordered the replacement filters from us last spring, and I wanted to check how they held up." No product pitch until she answers. The script is written from your own records and approved by you before launch, so nothing goes out in your name that you have not read.

Fair. When is the next time you would order, so we call then and not before?

We have scoped reactivation calling for a client with more than eight thousand past jobs on file, and it has not run yet. So this page shows the method, not a result. When an engagement produces numbers, they will go here, dated, the same way our other pages show theirs.
Everything else is the same managed caller product: a named caller, a parallel dialer started by a human, local US numbers and a Friday report of dials, connects and conversations.
See the managed caller productPast customers recognise your name, so the first attempt matters even more than on a cold list: in our data the first dial to a number reached a person 22.1% of the time, and later attempts reached far fewer (the study explains the survivorship behind that drop).
Across every engagement in the study (18 May to 11 August 2026), 16.7% of dials reached a person. At 8am, local time it was 33.3%; at 4pm, local time, 7.8%. Wednesday reached 23.7% against 6.0% on Monday. These are our aggregate numbers, not a figure for this industry.
