Three tracks, one hub

Pick the one that fits you once you are inside. Here is what each looks like.

Virtual Assistant

Run the CRM, inbox, scheduling, order desk and follow-up for a US company. Structured, steady work, paid in USD. Your client is in the US, so you work their day and sleep through yours.

Cold Caller

Call US business owners on our parallel dialer and book meetings off a script we write. Two years of B2B cold calling is the floor, and we coach from there. Paid hourly in USD, with a bonus on what you hit. We hire this track in Cairo, so the application is on the Egypt page, not in the hub.

Closer

Take the meetings a caller has already booked and close them for US companies. UK based, experienced, paid from what you close. No base, nothing per hour. If that pay model is the reason you would not apply, it is the reason the good ones do.

Does joining cost anything?

No. Nobody at Alba will ever ask you for money, and anyone who does is not us.

Do I need to reapply?

No. Joining the hub continues your application, it does not restart it.
