“We already use software for that.”

Alba puts a trained caller on the phone to the people who would use your software every day, five days a week, so your account executives spend their time on demos instead of dials. We make the calls. Your team runs the demo and the trial.
One managed caller on the Growth plan is $2,006 a month equivalent on quarterly prepay ($6,018 every three months), or $2,367.08 on monthly flexible billing, plus $1,500 setup once. Caller, parallel dialer and data are all in that number.
Talk to Scott about your list See every priceHorizontal SaaS sells into departments with gatekeepers, procurement and a stack of tools already in place. Vertical SaaS often sells to owner-led businesses where the person who feels the problem picks up the phone: the owner of a contracting firm, the operations lead who schedules the technicians, the office manager who chases the invoices.
Those buyers rarely read cold email and rarely fill in a demo form for a product they have not heard of. A short phone conversation about how they handle the job today is often the first time they have considered changing it.
So the caller asks how the work gets done now, listens for the friction your product removes, and asks for a short demo with someone who knows their trade.
We build the first list around a single industry and a single region so the opener, the objections and the follow-up all stay consistent, then widen once the numbers settle. Company size is filtered to the band where your pricing makes sense, and current customers, open trials and competitors are excluded.
One lesson from our SaaS engagement: recycling the same list too quickly costs conversations. Once the fresh numbers ran out and the caller went back through earlier rows, results per day fell, so we plan list depth before the first dial.
The opener names the trade, not the product: it asks how they handle the one job your software does best. If the answer is a spreadsheet, a whiteboard or a phone call, the caller has a reason to keep talking. The product name comes later.
The ask is a short demo framed around their own workflow, booked straight onto your team's calendar while they are on the phone.

Fair. It's fifteen minutes using your own jobs, and if it's not a fit you'll know in five.
Proof tier 2: conversations measured on a live engagement. Updated 2026-09-22.
These are the dialer's own numbers for one US vertical SaaS company selling field-service software for commercial trades contractors, one caller, eight full calling days from 11 to 22 September 2026.
Answered means a person picked up, including gatekeepers and wrong contacts. A positive conversation lasted over a minute and ended with the prospect agreeing to a next step: a meeting, information by email or a call back. Each prospect is counted once. Results per day fell as the list was recycled, which is why the list section above exists.
Owner-operators in the trades answer early, before they are on a job site, so the 8am hour is where the day starts for this kind of list.
Across every engagement in the study (18 May to 11 August 2026), 16.7% of dials reached a person. At 8am, local time it was 33.3%; at 4pm, local time, 7.8%. Wednesday reached 23.7% against 6.0% on Monday. These are our aggregate numbers, not a figure for this industry.
