You hired a closer. They are updating a spreadsheet.
A named person, managed by Alba, on a written scope: CRM hygiene, list building, inbox triage, scheduling. Your closer closes. Somebody else does the rest, and it is their whole job.
Book 20 minutes with ScottScope agreed before anyone starts. One number against it, further down.
A closer should close, not update a spreadsheet. Closer eligibility, management, replacement terms and the commercial model are confirmed in a written addendum after pipeline readiness is verified.
Your closer
- Discovery, 10:00
- Proposal call, 11:30
- Negotiation, 14:00
- Close, 16:00
Closing. That is the list. Nothing on it is data entry.
The VA
- CRM hygiene
- List building
- Inbox triage
- Scheduling
Left alone, these four become deals with no owner, thin lists, unanswered replies and meetings nobody confirmed.
Four responsibilities. Defined, so nobody has to guess.
This is the starter scope, and it is the whole starter scope. Each line says what done looks like, because “help with the CRM” is how a VA ends up doing nothing in particular.
01CRM hygiene
Every deal has an owner, a stage and a next action by the end of the day. Stale ones get flagged to you, not quietly buried.
02List building
Target accounts and contacts researched to your written ICP and loaded where your callers and sequences can use them.
03Inbox triage
The shared sales inbox read every working day, replies sorted, and the ones that need a human answer put in front of one.
04Scheduling
Calendar holds, reschedules, confirmations, and the polite chase when somebody goes quiet.
Define the work before you meet the person.
- 01
You write down the work
The responsibilities, the systems they live in and the reporting you want. We turn that into a written scope with the permissions and the launch date in it.
- 02
We assign the person
One named VA, managed by Alba, working inside your systems under the permissions you granted and nothing wider.
- 03
Anything new is scoped first
Additional responsibilities are scoped in writing before they are added. The price does not move until the scope does.
Twenty minutes
The call, itemised like the scope
You do not need this call. Every price is on the page and the cart takes a card. Book it if you would rather Scott built the stack with you, line by line, and told you which parts you do not need yet.
- Length
- Twenty minutes.
- Who is on it
- Scott Goodman, Co-Founder. He takes every one booked from this site himself, so there is nobody to escalate to and nobody to tell.
- What happens
- He builds the stack with you on the screen, line by line, and the number moves as you go. The same page you are reading now.
- What it costs
- Nothing, and nothing is sent afterwards. No deck, no discovery document, no proposal to read.
- What you leave with
- Whether the numbers work on your side, and if they do, a launch date in writing.
- What you already have
- Every price, on this page, and a cart you can check out yourself without ever speaking to us.
$1,497 a month. One number, and it is not an hourly one.
Starter scope
$1,497 a month
- One named, managed VA
- Sales-administration responsibilities defined and agreed up front
- Systems and permissions agreed before any access
- A reporting cadence stated in the scope
- A written implementation plan with a launch date
Quoted once we know what the second scope is, and agreed before anyone starts.
More seats, cover, a team lead, integrations, evening hours. All of it is possible and none of it has a number on this page, because a number printed before the scope exists is a number we would have to walk back.
If you want a generalist for whatever comes up, a marketplace freelancer is cheaper and you should hire one. This is a sales-administration scope with a manager attached, priced for a team that has a closer to protect.
Nobody gets a login before you have read the scope.
No. It is a person with a manager. The VA is assigned by Alba, works to a written scope, and reports on it. You do not train them. You do not check their work. Somebody at Alba does both, and the manager is the part you are paying for.
Cover is not included by default. That is said here rather than implied. If you need it, it goes in the scope and the price reflects it.
No. Calling is the caller’s job, on the dialer, with the coaching layer and the recordings. The VA keeps the calendar and the CRM honest so the caller and the closer never have to.
Yes, scoped and signed first. If the addition changes the price you see the new number before anyone starts. Nothing gets bolted on by a one-line email that nobody priced.
Not included unless it is expressly approved on paper, with the access controls to match. If your admin involves patient records, client funds or anything a regulator cares about, say so on the call and we will tell you whether we will take it.
The commitment is to the written scope and the implementation plan, and both are in the agreement. There is no promise of a KPI or a revenue number, and a page that made one would be lying to you.
The starter scope on this page is $1,497 a month, with no setup fee on that line. A second scope gets a second number, agreed first, and not before.
A closer who never touches the CRM is not slacking. That is the arrangement.
Write down the work. We will find the person.
$1,497 a month for the starter scope. Or twenty minutes on a call first, with a rough list of what your sellers are doing that they should not be.
