Henry Williams
Founder, Alba Talent
Henry Williams founded Alba Talent with Scott Goodman. He started it because he saw the sales hiring world as broken: too many companies treat cold callers as disposable, so nobody trains them properly and the client pays for the churn.
Alba's answer is a calling floor in Cairo, on US business hours, where every caller is hired through the same path, trained before a live call and coached every day at the start. Scott takes the commercial conversation with clients.
The method
No caller dials for a client on day one. Each one completes a training course, a full week of training, and a scored practice round against a simulated buyer with a pass mark of 90 before a live call. Coaching is daily in the first month, then weekly, and the career path runs from Caller to Proven, Elite, Senior Caller, Team Lead and Closer.
The full description of how Alba works, and why the floor is in Cairo, is on the About page. The operation's own numbers are in the study of 98,518 analysed dial attempts, with its definitions and limits.
