What this notice covers

This notice covers visitors to albatalent.io and people who submit a website form or use the website chat. The customer Data Processing Agreement applies separately when Alba processes business-contact data to deliver an ordered service.

What we collect

We receive the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email, company, website, phone number, application answers, selected products and chat messages. Our hosting and security providers may also process request data such as IP address, browser, device and timestamps. If you allow analytics, we store attribution details such as landing page, referrer and campaign parameters and load Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, which tells Meta which pages were visited so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.

Why we use it

We use this information to operate and secure the website, answer requests, review product fit, prepare written scope, provide the chat, remember functional choices, measure the website when consent is given, and keep accurate sales and application records. We do not sell visitor personal data.

Who receives it

Depending on the action you take, data may be handled by Vercel for hosting, Google for consented analytics, Meta for consented ad measurement, Attio for CRM records, Resend for requested email confirmations, Discord for internal lead alerts, Anthropic for website-chat responses, iClosed and Cal.com for scheduling, Tally for forms that use it, and payment providers only when a payment flow is expressly enabled. If you allow analytics, the page-view information the Meta pixel sends also reaches Meta through a server-side gateway on our own subdomain, capig.albatalent.io, hosted by Stape, which processes it on our behalf; it is the same information the pixel sends: the page address, browser identifiers and cookies, your IP address and your browser’s user agent. Each provider handles data under its own terms and Alba’s configuration.

Storage and retention

Alba keeps website and enquiry data only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose collected, security, record-keeping and legal obligations. Provider logs and backups may follow the provider’s documented retention settings. You can ask Alba to review, correct or delete information, subject to records Alba must keep.

International processing

Alba operates from the United States with operations in Cairo, and its providers may process data in other countries. Contractual and provider safeguards are used where applicable. The service DPA explains customer-data transfers for a signed engagement.

Your choices and rights

You can decline optional analytics without losing site functionality. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
