About Alba Talent

Alba Talent is a managed cold calling firm. We hire, train and manage callers on a floor in Cairo, put them on US business hours, and rent them to US B2B companies by the seat, with every price published.

The short answer

Henry Williams founded Alba Talent with Scott Goodman. Scott takes the commercial calls booked from this site. The work is a trained human caller on a parallel dialer a person starts, working a list we build, on a script the client approves, reported every week. No AI voice, and no promise of meetings.

Why we started it

Henry started Alba because he saw the sales hiring world as broken: too many companies treat cold callers as disposable.

That diagnosis is the design brief for everything below. The fix is not a better list or a better dialer; it is a caller who is trained, scored and coached before they dial for a client. If callers are disposable, nobody trains them properly, nobody coaches them, and the client pays for the churn. We built the opposite: a small number of callers, trained before they touch a live line, coached every day at the start, and given a reason to stay.

How a caller is made

Nobody dials for a client on their first day. Every caller goes through the same path.

  • A training course on cold calling technique before any live call, followed by a full week of training.
  • A scored practice round against a simulated buyer. The pass mark is 90, and the caller has to book the practice meeting to pass.
  • Daily coaching in the first month on the floor, then weekly.
  • A career path with names on it: Caller, Proven, Elite, Senior Caller, Team Lead, Closer.

How the work runs

Every engagement starts the same way. We write the call card from your offer and build the list from your buyer profile, and you approve both before the first dial. The caller works your market on local US numbers with a parallel dialer that a person starts and that connects only when someone answers. We use no AI voice and no prerecorded messages.

A sales manager reviews calls. By the end of each Friday you get a written report of dials, connects and conversations, as our terms set out, and the calls worth hearing. When a prospect is interested, they go straight to your team. When the script stops working, we change it with you.

The founders

Henry Williams is the founder.

Scott Goodman is the co-founder and the person you speak to when you book a call from this site. He scopes the buyer, the list and the price with you before anything is signed.

The Cairo floor

Our callers work from Cairo on US business hours. It is the reason a full-time trained caller costs what our pricing page says, and it is a floor we know well enough to train, coach and keep people on.

Because the floor is in Cairo, we have committed to Brooke, the working-animal charity founded in Cairo in 1934. The Cairo Ledger records what has and has not been given, starting from zero, so the commitment can be checked rather than taken on trust.

The team, by role

We name roles rather than people: callers change seats, and their names are theirs to share.

  • Callers on the Cairo floor, each assigned to named client campaigns.
  • A sales manager who reviews calls and coaches the floor.
  • Closers, scoped separately for clients whose pipeline is ready for them.
  • The two founders. Scott takes the commercial conversation booked from this site.
