The wiring

Your CRM remembers everything. It just never says anything.

Deals nobody owns, in stages nobody agreed on. That is most CRMs, and it is why the follow-up never goes out. We wire yours so a reply, a booking or a no-show lands with a named person and a next action. A closer is considered only when that pipeline is ready. Closer eligibility, management, replacement terms and the commercial model are confirmed in a written addendum after pipeline readiness is verified.

New reply

  1. 01 New reply

A reply creates the deal, puts a name on it and starts the clock. Nobody has to notice it arrived.

  2. 02 Called

The call is logged against the deal with the outcome and the next action. No outcome, no next stage.

  3. 03 Booked

The booking lands on the deal with the time and the owner. The reminder cadence starts on its own.

  4. 04 Held

The meeting happened. Notes and the next step go on the deal, and the no-show path never fires.

  5. 05 Closed

Won or lost, the deal closes with a reason, and the dashboard counts it without anyone typing a number.

What gets built

Six things. Each one exists so a human can forget.

01

Stages

Pipeline stages that match your sale, not the vendor template. One owner and one next action on every deal, or the deal does not move.

02

Ownership

One name on every deal. Monday stops being "whose is this" and starts being "what is next". Only one of those moves a deal.

03

Routing

No forwarding. The reply, the booking and the no-show each go to the person whose job they are. Round-robin if you have a team, straight to you if you are the team.

04

Automations

Follow-up, re-engagement and no-show recovery that fire on their own. The sequence nobody remembered to send is the one that goes out anyway.

05

Dashboards

Built to answer the question you actually ask, which is where the deals are stuck and whose they are. Not forty widgets, the four you will look at.

06

Handover

Documentation and a recorded walkthrough of every stage, rule and dashboard, so it keeps working when we are not in it. It is your account. It stays your account.

Twenty minutes

The call, itemised like the build

You do not need this call. Every price is on the page and the cart takes a card. Book it if you would rather Scott built the stack with you, line by line, and told you which parts you do not need yet.

Length
Twenty minutes.
Who is on it
Scott Goodman, Co-Founder. He takes every one booked from this site himself, so there is nobody to escalate to and nobody to tell.
What happens
He builds the stack with you on the screen, line by line, and the number moves as you go. The same page you are reading now.
What it costs
Nothing, and nothing is sent afterwards. No deck, no discovery document, no proposal to read.
What you leave with
Whether the numbers work on your side, and if they do, a launch date in writing.
What you already have
Every price, on this page, and a cart you can check out yourself without ever speaking to us.

Two prices, one reason

$5,000 from a blank account. $1,000 when we are already inside.

On Everything we are already running every line in that plan, so the stages, the bookings and the call outcomes exist before the build starts. What is left is the wiring, and the price follows the work. There is no crossed-out number because nothing was crossed out.

Standalone

$5,000

Paid once

We start from a blank account and a conversation about how you sell.

On Everything

$1,000

Paid once

The stages, the booking flow and the call outcomes already exist because we run them. The build is the wiring.

For the cart you have right now

$5,000 because your cart is not the full stack yet

The number on this button is the number the checkout charges. Same price book on both ends.

What makes it $1,000

  • Cold Email Missing
  • LinkedIn Missing
  • Caller Missing
  • Parallel Dialer Missing
  • Data Missing

Nothing is in your cart yet. Add them and the build is $1,000 instead of $5,000.

Questions

Ask these before you let anyone near your CRM, us included.

The one your team already opens. If that is none of them, the question that decides it is where your bookings and call outcomes have to land, and we answer that on the call before you pay anyone a licence fee.

No. Standalone is the full build at $5,000, paid once, and nothing on the list above is missing from it. On Everything there is less left to wire, so it is $1,000.

It depends on the CRM and how much history is already sitting in it. We agree the handover date before we start, and that date is the promise. A number on a webpage is not.

Yes. Your account, your data, our configuration inside it, and the documentation to run it without us. If we vanished the day after handover, everything would keep firing. Keep us for the closer. That is the part we are in business for.

Then no CRM will save you, and we would rather say that on the call than after the invoice. What the wiring changes is how little they have to do: one owner, one next action, and the follow-up goes out whether or not anyone opened the CRM that week.

No. This is the wiring those run through. Each of them is its own line on the pricing page, and so are the dialer and the data.

The follow-up nobody sent is the most expensive line in your CRM. It just never shows up on the invoice.

What it plugs into

It needs Everything to be $1,000. It feeds the closer’s Monday.

Needs Everything $1,000 on it Everything is the caller, the dialer, the data, cold email and LinkedIn in one cart, with texting priced on top by default. We run those channels for you, which is why the build is $1,000 on it and $5,000 without it. Dropping texting keeps the $1,000. See the Everything plan Feeds The closer’s Monday Four tiles A closer does not need a CRM that knows everything. They need one that says something. It says four things: pipeline by stage, by owner, by age, and the follow-ups that fired while you slept. By stage By owner By age Fired overnight Built in HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close or Attio.

Your people are good at selling. Let the wiring do the remembering.

$5,000 for the cart you have, paid once. It is $1,000 on Everything. The handover date is in writing before we start.
