Outsourced B2B cold calling services

The Growth plan. The one we have delivered.

A trained human working your list all day.
Billed at cost on quarterly prepay.

One caller in Cairo, around 800 dials a day on private local numbers, with the parallel dialer and the data beside them. On quarterly prepay, caller hours go through at what we pay. Monthly billing has a flexibility premium.

Hear a real call

One seat: the caller, the dialer beside them and the list they dial. Quarterly prepay is recommended; monthly flexibility is available. Every line is itemised at the foot of the page. Three to five callers is priced the same way.

Who we call for

Burned before?

You have probably bought this before. A vendor promised a neutral accent, rang as Spam Likely and dialed dead landlines off a list nobody had checked. So this page does not argue. It hands you the tape and the numbers instead.

Where cold calling breaks

Four ways it fails. Four things you can check.

A device to poke, a number we measured, a recording to play.

01 / Spam Likely, the biggest one

Your number shows up as Spam Likely. Nobody answers a number their phone has told them to ignore.

Every caller gets ten private US numbers, matched to the prospect’s area code. When one gets flagged it rotates out and a clean one rotates in. The prospect sees a local number. Local numbers get picked up.

02 / The voice, the hang-up in three seconds

They pick up, hear a voice that is plainly reading, and hang up before you finish your name.

Our callers are on a floor in Cairo. Some came through the free course and the AI call gauntlet we run, some we hired straight off the job boards. We cannot prove a voice with a paragraph, so we stopped trying. One call with a real prospect, nothing cut out. We had four up here until we sat down and transcribed them, and three of our own callers made claims this site does not make. Those came down the same day. Press play and decide.

Twenty minutes

The call, for the questions a recording cannot answer

You do not need this call. Every price is on the page and the cart takes a card. Book it if you would rather Scott built the stack with you, line by line, and told you which parts you do not need yet.

Length
Twenty minutes.
Who is on it
Scott Goodman, Co-Founder. He takes every one booked from this site himself, so there is nobody to escalate to and nobody to tell.
What happens

What it costs
Nothing, and nothing is sent afterwards. No deck, no discovery document, no proposal to read.
What you leave with
Whether the numbers work on your side, and if they do, a launch date in writing.
What you already have

03 / Volume, the arithmetic

An in-house SDR makes about 250 dials a day. One caller on five lines makes around 800. Same connect rate, more than three times the conversations.

The dialer rings five numbers at once and hands the caller the human who answers. That is all it does. It does not make the caller better. It gives the caller more people to talk to.

Your connect rate %

16.7% is Alba’s measured connect rate across 98,518 dials, 18 May to 11 August 2026. Yours will differ. Type it in and the page redoes the arithmetic.

Per caller In-house SDR One Alba caller Dials a day five lines 250 ~800 Connect rate 16.7% 16.7% Conversations a day ~42 ~134 Working days a month 176 hours 22 22 Conversations a month ~919 ~2,939

Conversations, not meetings. This page counts what the dialer can control and stops there.

A connect is a human picking up. A conversation is what your script does with the next thirty seconds. Month one is ramp, and the dial counts are per business day. The 250 is a working assumption for an in-house SDR. We have not measured it.

04 / Data, garbage in

Cheap scraped lists are full of switchboards and people who left last year. You cannot dial your way out of a bad list.

So the list is rebuilt every day, for every caller, against your ICP, and every record is yours.

What fails

  • A cheap scraped list Nobody checked it before it was sold. The prospect will.
  • Office switchboards A receptionist is not a conversation.
  • A stale export People move. Their old numbers stay in your spreadsheet.
  • The same list all week A list that is not rebuilt is a list your caller has already heard say no.

What we dial

  • A fresh list per caller, per day Built to your ICP before the first dial of the morning.
  • A four-provider waterfall, on Premium Seamless, AI Ark, LeadMagic, Prospeo, each asked only when the one before had nothing.
  • Dialer-ready Formatted, deduplicated against what you have already called, and loaded into the dialer.
  • You own it Every record sourced for you is yours, including the ones the caller never reached.

The waterfall

Budget data, $299/caller/mo on quarterly , is the line inside Growth and runs one provider. Premium, $600/caller/mo on quarterly , runs the four above.

If the databases are thin on your market, you will know from the first pull, before the first dial.

The 98,518-dial study

The hour of the day moved the connect rate more than the weekday or the attempt did.

We analysed 98,518 of our own US B2B dials, 18 May to 11 August 2026, in the prospect’s local time. We tried to break every finding before publishing. Two partly broke, and the study says which. Read it before you decide when your caller should dial.

Connect rate by local hour

8am, local time 33.3% 4pm, local time 7.8%

Dial the morning in the prospect’s timezone, not yours.

Connect rate by weekday

Wednesday 23.7% Monday 6.0%

Monday is for building the list. Wednesday is for dialing it.

Connect rate by attempt

First attempt 22.1%

The number falls on every attempt after it. That is the case for a fresh list every day.

Same 98,518 dials, same window.

We show you the invoice

So where do we make money

On the two lines beside the caller, plus the flexibility premium on monthly caller billing. The parallel dialer is $299/caller/mo on quarterly and budget data is $299/caller/mo on quarterly . Both carry our margin. We name them because they are not free, and a buyer who cannot find the margin assumes it is inside the caller.

A closer is considered only after this pipeline is producing. Closer eligibility, management, replacement terms and the commercial model are confirmed in a written addendum after pipeline readiness is verified. Meet the closers.

What you get

A caller on their own is not a product. Here is the rest of it.

  • One trained caller A named caller who works your script 176 hours a month, hired on the voice and trained before the first dial.
  • The parallel dialer Human-initiated, five lines, and the caller only hears the line where a live person answered. No AI voice, ever.
  • Fresh data, daily A dialer-ready list per caller per day, built to your ICP. Growth includes the Budget data line.
  • Recorded and scored Every call over sixty seconds is recorded and scored against your script, so coaching happens the same day.
  • Speed-to-Lead Every reply to a campaign you run with us gets a call from your caller, qualified against your script and booked when it fits. Included here, $199/mo on quarterly on Starter.
The rest of the line

Everything else, with its price on it.

Growth is the phone. The rest of the line is here so you can price it yourself, before anyone offers it to you on a call.

The caller is the favour. The closer is the motive.

That was the favour. Now the motive. Read the closers page.
