These Terms govern the services Alba Talent provides under an Order Confirmation or Order Addendum, whether the order is placed by card on albatalent.io or confirmed in writing after a scope review.

MSA-2026 v4.7-CB. Last updated 14 October 2026.
This is version MSA-2026 v4.7-CB. New orders use the exact recurring rates, payment schedule and setup fees displayed in the current plan builder or agreed in the Order Confirmation. There is no universal percentage adjustment. This version supersedes earlier versions for new orders only. Existing orders remain governed by their recorded agreement and are not repriced. For the exact text accepted with an earlier order, email legal@albatalent.io quoting its version.
