These Terms govern the services Alba Talent provides under an Order Confirmation or Order Addendum, whether the order is placed by card on albatalent.io or confirmed in writing after a scope review.

This is version MSA-2026 v4.2-M. It supersedes MSA-2026 v4.1-M, MSA-2026 v4.0-M, MSA-2026 v3.1-Q and CSA-2026 v2.5-T. Compared with v4.1-M it deletes the former Section 7.8, adds Section 3.9 (Email Outreach Services) and records that an order may be placed by card on albatalent.io under these Terms. An order is governed by the version identified in that order’s Order Confirmation, not by whichever version is displayed here later. For a copy of a superseded version, email legal@albatalent.io quoting the version stated in your Order Confirmation.
