Belkins vs Callbox

If your shortlist is two multi-channel agencies, this is the comparison. We sell something different (single calling seats), so we have no horse in this particular race beyond saying where we fit at the end.

Last reviewed 4 October 2026.

The short answer

Both run outbound across several channels. Callbox publishes an estimated $16,000 to $32,000 a month per campaign pod and lists teams in seven countries on its home page. Belkins publishes no prices, sizes its retainers by yearly appointment volume and adds events and paid ads to the mix.

Where they differ

Price visibility is the clearest difference. Callbox's pricing page gives an estimated monthly range per pod before you talk to anyone; Belkins asks you to speak with the team. Belkins frames its tiers around a yearly appointment volume, while Callbox frames its pods around a dedicated SDR with a campaign manager.

Their channel lists overlap on email, LinkedIn and calling. Belkins adds paid ads, executive dinners and event activation; Callbox adds chat and lists teams across the US, UK, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Colombia. Callbox cites more than 20 years in the business; Belkins says it was founded in 2017.

Choosing between two multi-channel agencies

When two agencies both run email, LinkedIn and calling, the brochure will not separate them. The work will. Ask each for the same three things before you decide: the cadence they would run for your buyer, written out step by step; anonymised examples of the emails and the call opener they would use; and the weekly report you would receive, with a real one from a comparable client if they can share it.

Then compare how each one defines a qualified lead, who owns the copy, what happens to the domains and data if you leave, and how much notice you must give. Those answers matter more than the size of either company.

  • Belkins: ask how appointment volume is set for your tier and what happens if the target is missed.
  • Callbox: ask what one pod covers in hours and channels, and how the estimate becomes a fixed price.

Where Alba fits

A third option, if neither fits: when what you actually need is more phone conversations with US buyers, a multi-channel programme may be more than the job. An Alba seat is one caller, a parallel dialer and data at $2,006 a month equivalent on quarterly prepay, published in full. Our Alba vs Belkins and Alba vs Callbox pages set it beside each of them.
