Alba Talent vs Belkins

Belkins and Alba both put outbound in front of B2B buyers, but they sell it in different shapes. Belkins sells a multi-channel retainer. Alba sells cold calling seats with every line priced. Here is what each publishes, and who each tends to suit.

Last reviewed 4 October 2026.

The short answer

Choose Belkins if you want one agency running email, LinkedIn, ads, events and calling together under a retainer, and you are comfortable getting the price on a call. Choose Alba if the phone is the channel you want to scale and you want to see the full cost of a seat, $2,006 a month equivalent on quarterly prepay, before you talk to anyone.

A retainer for many channels, or a seat on one

Belkins describes its service as a set of channels: cold email, LinkedIn, intent-based cold calling, account-based marketing, paid ads, executive dinners and event support. Its pricing page groups clients into retainer tiers by the number of appointments a year the programme is built around, with a custom Enterprise tier above them. That makes sense for a team that wants an agency to run the whole outbound mix and report on meetings.

Alba is narrower on purpose. A seat is one trained caller working your list five days a week on a parallel dialer that a person starts, with the data supplied. Cold email and LinkedIn are available as a separately priced pair (Starter), not folded into the calling price. You can see the effect of the phone on its own, and add or stop seats as the numbers come in.

What you can know before the first call

Belkins does not publish prices; its pricing page asks you to talk to the team. That is common for multi-channel programmes, where the price depends on the mix. It does mean you will compare a quote you are given with a number you can read here.

Alba publishes everything: $2,006 a month equivalent for one caller with dialer and data on quarterly prepay, $2,367.08 on monthly billing, and $1,500 setup. Our terms let you cancel before any billing date. We do not guarantee meetings, and while Belkins builds its tiers around a yearly appointment figure, we found no guarantee wording on the pages we read.

Who each tends to suit

A fair reading of the two models, not a verdict on either company's work.

  • Belkins: companies that want several outbound channels run as one programme, measured by meetings, with budget for a retainer.
  • Alba: companies whose buyers answer the phone, who want to scale calling seat by seat and see every line of the cost first.
  • Either: test with a short engagement and judge by recorded conversations with your buyers, not by the pitch.
