Community Signal · Planned pilot

Find the Reddit questions your team is qualified to answer.

Relevant discussions, a direct link and a useful reply draft. Your employee brings the expertise, checks the answer and decides whether to post.

For B2B service businesses that want to earn trust by helping potential buyers solve a real problem. We’re building the research and draft preparation around your audience, so your team can focus on the answer.

$149 USD/month per Reddit account. No setup fee. Up to five qualified discussion packets monthly; fewer than three means no service fee for that account that month.

Planned pilot. No payment or start date yet. Launch requires approved commercial data access and a business fit review. This page describes the proposed service. Reddit has not approved or endorsed it.
Why it exists

You know how to help.
Finding the right question is the work.

Your best contribution might be a troubleshooting checklist, a worked example or the one question someone forgot to ask.

Finding a discussion where that expertise is relevant takes attention. Then someone has to read the context, check the community’s rules and write a useful answer. Community Signal would prepare that work for one person on your team to review.

The aim is to make your expertise visible through helpful participation. Whether that earns an inquiry is something the pilot must establish, not a result we can promise.

What would arrive in your inbox

The question. The context.
A draft you can make your own.

01 / UNDERSTAND THE OPPORTUNITY

A direct link and a reason

Open the original Reddit post or comment. See the stated problem, why it fits your audience and what your employee could add to the discussion.

02 / START WITH SOMETHING USEFUL

A practical reply draft

An AI-assisted answer with concrete steps the reader can try themselves. Relevant community restrictions and any needed company disclosure accompany the draft.

03 / KEEP THE FINAL SAY

Review, edit, post or skip

Your employee reads the live thread, checks every claim, adapts the answer to their experience and posts manually if appropriate. We would not need their Reddit password.

You can do this yourself. Use alerts to find discussions, check the context and community rules, then write your answer. The proposed service takes on the finding, matching and draft preparation. Your employee still supplies the expertise and final judgment. That division of work is what you would pay for.

We would not post on your behalf, send unsolicited Reddit messages or coordinate votes. If a packet fails the criteria below, it would not count toward your monthly total.

Planned email delivery, subject to launch readiness. Alba would calibrate the workflow and audit samples and exceptions. We would not personally edit every reply.

Illustrative packet · Fictional discussion

Help them solve it.
Let the answer show your expertise.

Question: “We spend too long cleaning lead lists. Where should we start?”

Why it could fit: A team describes a list-quality problem that a sales-operations specialist could help diagnose. A question alone does not establish buying intent.

Before posting: Read the existing answers, confirm the community permits the contribution and keep only advice you can stand behind.

This example demonstrates the proposed format. It is not a live opportunity, customer result or ready-to-post reply.

Illustrative reply draft

Start with company fit before checking contact details. Write down your industry, geography and role requirements as yes-or-no rules, then have the person doing the outreach review a small sample.

Keep a reject-reason column. If the same problem keeps appearing, turn it into a filter before cleaning the rest of the list. Verify phone numbers or email addresses only after a record passes the fit checks.

For a final check, give the same sample and rules to someone else. If you disagree on which records qualify, tighten the rules before buying more data.

The answer gives the reader a method they can use without buying anything.

Quality before quantity

What counts as a qualifying discussion?

A keyword match would not be enough. Each packet would need to pass these checks before counting toward the monthly allowance.

  1. Audience fit: the visible context fits the buyer profile agreed with you.
  2. A specific problem: the author describes an issue your team has the expertise to help with.
  3. A useful contribution: there is something practical to add beyond repeating existing answers.
  4. Participation is permitted: the community rules allow the proposed contribution, including AI assistance where used.
  5. A usable delivery: the discussion is open when delivered, with a direct link, context and reviewable draft. Each discussion counts once; we would not allocate it to multiple accounts or clients.

No fit means no filler. Suitable volume is not guaranteed. Recheck the live discussion before posting because rules and thread status can change.

Proposed pilot scope

Start with one account.
See whether it earns its place.

A fit review comes first: your buyer, the problems you solve and the employee who would contribute. After commercial access is approved, we would check community suitability and opportunity supply before agreeing to a start.

A good fit if…

  • You sell a B2B service with a clearly defined customer problem.
  • A real person on your team can give credible advice and review each draft.
  • You value helpful participation without requiring a promotional link or pitch.

If you need guaranteed daily posts, automatic replies or a fixed number of leads, this service would not meet that requirement.

Proposed USD pricing
$149 / month per Reddit account

No setup fee. Same price standalone or as an Alba add-on.

  • One brand and one agreed buyer profile
  • One participating account owned and used by your employee
  • Up to five qualified discussion packets per account monthly
  • Direct thread links, context and AI-assisted drafts for employee review
  • Audience and expertise calibration, community review, sample audits and reporting
Fewer than three qualifying packets? No service fee for that account that month.

Proposed billing is monthly in arrears. Three, four or five qualifying packets would cost $149 per account. There is no daily posting quota.

This measures delivery, not leads or replies. We cannot guarantee meetings, revenue or protection from moderation. Final scope and availability depend on approved data access and delivery validation. No payment before an agreed, approved start.

Questions before you book

Know what you’re considering.

What happens when I click “Check my fit”?

You’ll open Alba’s booking page to arrange a fit conversation. Bring your website, your ideal customer and the problems your team can help solve. We’ll discuss who would review replies and what needs to be validated before a pilot could start. Booking does not activate a subscription or commit you to payment.

Can I open the thread and copy the draft?

That is the planned workflow: an email with the original discussion link, context and reply text. Open the live thread first, then check and adapt the draft before copying it into Reddit. Your employee chooses whether to post. Email delivery is not yet an active customer service.

How often would we receive an opportunity?

Only when a discussion meets the agreed criteria, up to five packets per account per month. There is no guaranteed daily or weekly schedule. If fewer than three qualify in a month, the proposed service fee for that account is zero.

Does adding accounts mean more opportunities?

Each participating Reddit account would cost $149/month under the same delivery terms. More accounts require enough distinct, suitable discussions; adding accounts cannot create supply. We would not send the same discussion to several employees or clients to coordinate replies.

Will this post or send Reddit messages automatically?

No. Employees would review and post manually. The service would not send unsolicited Reddit DMs, coordinate votes, operate employee accounts or conceal company connections. AI assistance must be allowed by the community. Skip a contribution that cannot meet its rules.

When should an employee disclose their company connection?

If an answer promotes or endorses their employer, its service or its research, the connection should be clear. Employees must follow the community’s rules and avoid unsupported first-person claims. A generic draft is not a substitute for their own expertise.

What results have you proved?

We have not established customer acquisition results for this service. The pilot would measure discussion relevance, employee effort, useful replies and voluntarily reported inquiries. We cannot guarantee leads or immunity from moderation; Reddit and community moderators control enforcement.

Is it included in Everything?

Not currently. The proposed price is $149/month per Reddit account, standalone or as an add-on, with no setup fee. Existing packages and checkout remain unchanged.
